Delivery Policy

 

Best Before E-Liquid orders will be delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded, to get your bargain liquids to you as soon as possible. Any orders placed Monday to Friday before 1PM are shipped same-day!

Delivery is free when you purchase over £40 worth of e-liquid, and for orders under £40, delivery costs £4.45. So why not stock up and save even more?

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the speed of our couriers once the order leaves the Best Before doors. Royal Mail, for example, cannot guarantee their 24 or 48 hour services to be 100% on time, with issues such as bad weather and strikes meaning deliveries can take up to 14 working days' time. At Best Before E-Liquid, we know how important it is to receive your vaping supplies on time, so if there are ever any major delays, we will usually attempt to reship your order.


Please note that the minimum order from our site is £10.

Returns Policy

 

At Best Before E-Liquid, we specialise in e-liquids that are close to or past their Best Before Date.

Subsequently, we're unable to provide a return for alterations to flavour or nicotine potency, which is clearly stated in the Terms & Conditions you approve before checking out on our site.

Missing Items

However, if you find that your order is missing an item/items, or that an item please email us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel at hello@bestbeforeeliquid.com, including your name, order number and missing/damaged item. Our friendly team will do all that we can to assist you. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement for any issues raised after this time.

Damaged Items

If your item is damaged, once we have received the returned item or you have provided us with evidence, we will fully examine it to verify the fault. Please allow up to 5 working days for it to be checked and the replacement dispatched or credit issued.

Should we discover that there is not any damage, or that it has been caused by user error, we will not issue a replacement or raise a credit. You will then have 14 days to either collect the item or we will dispose of it.

My Order Did Not Arrive

If your delivery does not arrive within five working days, get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can investigate the lost parcel with Royal Mail.
